All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Due to the personal nature of fragrances, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

9. Manufacturer Disclaimer
The products marketed under the A.M.A brand are manufactured and packaged by Minati Essentials, an independent third-party manufacturer, in accordance with its manufacturing processes and quality control standards. A.M.A functions primarily as the brand owner, marketer, and distributor of such products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.M.A makes no independent representation or warranty regarding the manufacturing process, formulation, composition, or production of the products beyond the information provided by the manufacturer.
Customers acknowledge that fragrance products may vary slightly in colour, appearance, or scent profile due to the nature of raw materials, environmental conditions, batch variations, and manufacturing processes. Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, A.M.A shall not be responsible for any manufacturing-related defects, contamination, formulation issues, quality control failures, ingredient-related concerns, or other matters arising directly from the manufacturing process. Any such concerns may be referred to the manufacturer for investigation and resolution.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product ingredients before use and should discontinue use immediately if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs. Individuals with known sensitivities should consult a medical professional before using the product.
10. Limitation of Liability
A.M.A shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before regular use if they have sensitive skin.
